Religious Education
Our students celebrate Mass every Thursday at 8:15am in the old Church. All are welcome!
We pride ourselves on our daily focus on the core mission of St. Paul’s to form our students into passionate disciples of Jesus Christ. Beginning from the very first Pre-3/4 classes all the way through 8th grade, students will gain a basic foundation of faith and love for Christ and His Church; learn to respond to God’s call in prayer, mercy, and justice; and begin their lifelong calling as disciples of Christ.
Religious education at St. Paul’s moves beyond the textbook, teaching students through the use of sacred art, regular daily prayer (beginning of day, midday, and end of day), instruction in the life of the saints, school-wide retreats, weekly Mass, Rosary club, and opportunities to perform Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy. This dedication to the life of faith equips our young people with the necessary skills and knowledge to bring their faith to the rest of the world.

Catechetical Materials
St. Paul’s School utilizes the “Image of God Catechetical Series” for Preschool and Kindergarten and the “Faith and Life Catechetical Series” for 1st through 8th grades.
These dynamic curricula, rich in the truths of the Faith as presented in the Catechism of the Catholic Church, come from Ignatius Press and are both approved by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and aligned with the Diocese of Boise’s religious education guidelines.
