Mass Dress Uniform – Thursdays

Girls

  • Bottoms: School plaid (“MacEwen Modern” plaid) jumpers or skirts.
  • Tops: A white “Peter Pan” blouse. A white tank top or camisole should
    be worn under the Peter Pan blouse to promote modesty.
  • NOTE: No pants, shorts, or capris are allowed for Mass dress

Boys

  • All grades:
    Long or short-sleeve white dress shirt.
  • Grades PK – 5th Grade:
    Navy pants and a school plaid (“MacEwen Modern” plaid) or navy-blue tie or bowtie.
  • Grades 6th – 8th:
    Khaki pants, hand-tied tie, brown or black leather shoes, and a matching belt.

Uniforms on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

Girls

  • Franciscan Community (PK – K):
    Long or short sleeve red polo shirt and navy-blue skirt, uniform pants, jumper, or skorts.
  • Benedictine Community (Grades 1st – 5th):
    Long or short sleeve light blue polo and navy-blue skirt, uniform pants, jumper, or skorts.
  • Ignatian Community (Grades 6th – 8th):
    Long or short sleeve navy blue polo shirt and khaki skirt, uniform pants, jumper, or skorts.
  • Spirit Days:
    On Fridays, students will be allowed to wear a spirit shirt with nice jeans or uniform shorts during the warmer months. Jeans must be without holes, frays, or patches and they cannot be ill-fitting or skinny jeans.

NOTES:

  • Skirt length must be no more than two inches above the top of the knee cap.
  • Shirts and blouses are to be tucked in while inside all buildings during the school day.
  • Clothing should not be over-sized or tight; it must be free of logos or decorations.
  • Hooded sweatshirts are not allowed in the school building, Dempsey Hall, or at Mass.
  • Solid colored, maroon, navy-blue, or grey cardigan sweaters and sweater vests are permitted.
  • Uniforms can be purchased at online retailers such as FrenchToast.com or Amazon, and in stores such as Walmart, Target, etc.
